Where it all Began Again
Brunnen Switzerland, has a rich history that dates back to medieval times. It is known for being an important site during the formation of the Swiss Confederation, as it is close to the Rütli Meadow where the legendary Rütlischwur (oath of the Swiss Confederates) is said to have taken place in 1291. This oath is considered the foundation of Switzerland.
Additionally, the town of Brunnen has long been a popular spot where you can have fun with paddle boats and even ride on a steamship due to its strategic location by Lake Lucerne with surrounding mountain passes that look like giant waves
